Qualifications
Degree in Audiology
Valid license to practice audiology
Previous experience in clinical audiology, preferably in diagnosing and treating a wide range of hearing and balance disorders
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough audiometric testing, including pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry, to evaluate hearing and balance function.
Fit and calibrate hearing aids and other assistive listening devices based on the patient's needs and lifestyle.
Monitor the effectiveness of devices, adjusting settings or recommending upgrades as required.
