Job Description:Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and lead a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
Manage the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Prepare job allocation planning and manage the capacity of the staff force.
Review audit files.
Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm's standards, policies, and guidelines.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members on their personal growth and career progression.
Requirements:Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA.
Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 - 4 years in a supervisory role.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
High technical ability and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask.
Proactive, innovative, and self-driven.
Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent client and staff relations.
Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude.
