Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
Perform high level review on high risk company to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
Monitor the time frame and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
Coach, lead, train and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies.
Provide timely feedback to reinforce or improve behavior or performance.
Provide or seek solutions on the problems raised by team members.
Job RequirementsCandidates must possess relevant accounting qualification or currently pursuing professional accounting examinations.
At least 6 Years of working experience in the related field.
Sound knowledge and competency in ISA, MFRS, MPERS.
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints, budget and deadlines.
Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.
