Audit Specialist

Prepare and finalize audit working papers and audit reports to the Engagement partner in accordance with SSA (Singapore Standards on Auditing) and FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) the Singapore standards and quality expected.
Attend exit meeting with client and to present the audit report where required, highlighting issues where required.
Plan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
Execute or review audit work papers audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
Monitor the timeframe and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.
Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.
Provide guidance and solutions to clients on a consultancy basis.
Highlight issues and provide potential solutions as well as presenting reports to clients.
Liaise with company secretary, tax agents, and other authorities to obtain statutory information required for the audit assignment.

Requirements:Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years audit experience and at least 3 years working experience in Singapore
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
Strong client management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignment within time constraints, budget and deadlines
Able to work independently and under pressure
Team players who are also able to work independently with minimum supervision
