Job Description The Automation Engineer will be responsible for the secure operation, management, and compliance of all Operational Technology systems within the organization.
The Automation Engineer supports and develops the Critical Control Network and systems according to the defined strategy.

The Automation Engineer supports the development of the culture of equipment ownership in the team with high action orientation and commitment for results which delivers manufacturing excellence Contributes to the Compelling Business Need – Work Plan, CBN, long term (Value Creation Plan - VCP) and mid-term (Annual Operations Plan - AOP) plans cascaded from the area strategy which continuously over delivers on company goals.
Qualifications University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Computer Science / Engineering or another related field.
Languages: Local - Fluent; English – Intermediate Bachelor's degree in computer science/electrical engineering or in a related field Minimum 1 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Ability to engage collaboratively with Cybersecurity, IT, and business leadership, influencing outcomes through expertise and analysis.
SAP, PM Module and Machine Interface experience is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management and mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with international cybersecurity standards including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, and ISO 27001.
In-depth hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas: Cloud Security, Application Security, Network Security, OT Security, Identity & Access Management.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of OT Systems: Understanding of various OT systems such as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) is crucial.
Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Network Security: Skills in network segmentation, access controls, and intrusion detection systems to protect OT environments.
System Architecture: Ability to design secure system architectures for critical infrastructure.
