What you will doAs our new Automation Engineer, you will:
Develop and track project program & engineering resource requirements including design, installation, and commissioning tasks.
Develop technically Plant Automation solutions (hardware and software).
Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Participate in understanding of Automation Software.
Generate Function Descriptions and Functional Block Charts for internal review.
Develop automation software, FAT, SAT & Handover.
Conduct various off and on site application test procedures.
Maintain documentation as per Tetra Pak documentation policy.
Deliver customer training for automation systems (preferred).
Contribute to the development and maintenance of relevant working procedures, templates, standards, etc.
Report to the Project Manager for project & program related tasks including budget control, progress reports & forecasting.
Analyze, design, develop, and implement an automation solution including database, reports, HMI, and PLC programs to meet project requirements.
Configure control systems including PLC and the HMI/SCADA system.
Finalize automation options such as distributed I/O and/or control field bus networks.
Design, test, and configure control panels, motor control centers, Ethernet networks, ASI networks, and pneumatic circuits for automation systems.
Configure valve tops, variable frequency drives, and motor starters.
Help breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
Manage automation activities on site for installation, commissioning, and performance testing phases.
We believe you haveA bachelor's degree, or higher in Instrumentation/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering.
Knowledge of PLC programming on Rockwell or Siemens systems.
Knowledge of SCADA programming on Wonderware Intouch, System platform, Rockwell or Siemens Scada systems.
Knowledge on Recipe manager – InBatch or equivalent.
Experience on Ethernet networking and field bus systems such as Profibus, Asi, Control-Net, Device-Net, etc.
