Automation Specialist (Up To Sgd3700)

1. Perform routine and corrective maintenance on DCS, SCACA, PLCs, robotic palletizers, label applicators, and associated equipment.
2. Conduct daily health checks and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues with the aforementioned equipment.
3. Collaborate with instrument and electrical specialists, and engineers to diagnose and resolve complex automation system problems.
4. Conduct routine inspections and implement preventative maintenance procedures as per established protocols.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
6. Support the Automation Engineer with tasks related to ABB DCS, Schneider SCADA, and Siemens SCADA systems, including daily health checks, backup, and other basic maintenance tasks as needed.
7. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working within the plant
environment.
