Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assembly Technician at Evlos, located in Puchong. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling, troubleshooting, and supporting our vision inspection systems and manufacturing defect rejection processes.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install components for automation infrastructure to support vision inspection systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in assembly and installations.
Perform technical analyses and quality checks to ensure systems are built to specifications.
Assist in preparing design layouts and documentation for all assembly processes to ensure clarity in schematics and blueprints.
Collaborate with engineers to conduct product demonstrations, participate in design reviews, and support installations.
Skills & Experience
Familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical systems, including conveyors, robotic arms, sensors, and cameras.
Experience in working with hand and power tools, and reading basic technical drawings.
Preferred: 1 to 2 years of experience in assembly or related field, ideally within an automation or manufacturing environment.

Hold a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Have experience or interest in assembly and troubleshooting within an industrial or automation setting.
