Automation Test Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: Establish and lead an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development team to manage all ATE activities in the PG factory.Define appropriate test requirements and algorithms for New Product Introduction (NPI) models.Write detailed test specifications for ATE development, incorporating customer requirements.Develop the necessary test systems based on the test specifications.Validate the test systems during development.Oversee the transfer of test systems from other development sites, including installation, on-site validation, calibration, and support.Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production and quality departments to address abnormal conditions, analyze root causes, and provide improvement measures.
