Automotive Sales Admin - JAECOO (Butterworth, Alor Setar) To carry out all administrative tasks and able to priorities tasks & assignments to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. A self-starter, fast learner and hardworking who can work independently as well as a team. Manage office operations, including organizing files, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare communications professionally, such as memos, emails, official letters, and other correspondence. Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner. Involvement in day-to-day treasury operations Provides administrative support and ensures efficient operation of the office. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent. At least (1) year of working experience in the related field. Required languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, highly responsibility and able to work under pressure.
