AVP, Digital Projects (Business Credit Card Product)
Initiate and execute business / corporate credit card products to drive overall card business growth, with primary objectives to grow new card base, improved product profitability through relevant product features & benefits and working closely with all stakeholders.Role requires regular interaction with sales channels, operations, credit policy and credit processing hub to monitor and drive cards performance to achieve the cards goals.Role's functions include the following:a) Product/Proposition DevelopmentInitiate in the development of new products or enhancement of existing products by preparing the necessary paperwork and involved in gathering required information from relevant stakeholders like IS, Operations etc.b) Process DevelopmentReview areas for new process development to cater for new business initiatives or assist in improving existing processes that support the business.Provide the necessary reporting from the perspective of performance of campaigns or initiatives and to track and report overall products health across the Bank.c) Campaign ManagementLead in the development of campaigns which includes working with the relevant advertising agencies to obtain the necessary marketing materials.Understand the market environment and impact of competitors' action plans.Assist in adapting to changes in regulatory, monetary and economic environment to the business.Job Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.Proven product development, project management, problem solving, planning, follow-up and organizational skills, with a proven track record of success.Relevant industry experience preferred such as new credit card development.Proficiency in data extraction and analysis, including the ability to effectively communicate observations, findings and preliminary insights.Proven ability to provide support to cross-functional teams within various product lines, with substantial expertise in either technology or industry.Track record of contributing to product launches by assisting in Project Management Office (PMO) readiness, conducting data analysis, or gathering competitor market data.Self-motivated and able to operate within a cross-functional team environment.Able to manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to pay attention to details.#J-18808-Ljbffr
