Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martech Specialist to join our Wholesale Banking team. As a Martech Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing technology stack to drive customer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing technology strategies, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of various marketing tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wholesale banking, marketing automation, data analytics, and emerging martech trends.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketing Suite tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, digital office, and IT teams to identify and implement martech solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between different marketing platforms and systems.
Analyse marketing data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Monitor and analyse marketing technology performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology and Adobe Marketing Suite.
Provide training and support to marketing team members on Adobe Marketing Suite tools and best practices.
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to manage martech projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing technologies and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular audits of martech systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements related to martech, ensuring adherence and mitigating risks.
Managing OCBC website and internal site - user journey enhancement, updates for Wholesale Banking.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience (min 8 years) as a Marketing Technology Specialist or similar role, preferably within the financial & banking industry
Strong knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques including SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all martech initiatives.
Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated with emerging martech trends and technologies.
