Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential business clients through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Research and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Present and demonstrate the company's software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products and address client objections.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with existing clients to explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Work towards closing sales deals and securing contracts with clients.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in software technology to better address client needs.
Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the software/IT industry.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
Basic technical knowledge of IT/software solutions is a plus.
