B2C Customer SupportEmployment Type: Full time

As a B2C Customer Support Associate, you will be supporting the Singapore team and be part of an exciting startup, enabling seniors & adults to age and recover with grace, dignity, and control.
What will you do…
Your focus will be on:
Answering enquiries and supporting business partners and clients in terms of their care visit requirements.
Updating information and data to clients and business partners on their care visit and assigned care professionals.
Ensuring that care visits are created on Homage's system and updated with the client's business partner's requirements.
Cross-function communication with our operations team to ensure that the care visits are delivered and fulfilled on time with our SLA.
Skills & Experience you will need…
Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and business partners, coupled with active listening to understand and address client needs.
Attention to detail for updating and maintaining accurate information, along with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to handle client enquiries and resolve issues satisfactorily would be favourable.
Proficiency in CRM software, office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Hubspot) would be an advantage.
5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays).
