Responsibilities:
Monthly preparation & timely completion of full spectrum of payroll
Coordinate and organize all statutory payments and liaise with all statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, LHDN, etc.)
Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
Manage and execute all activities related to Industrial Relation, including compliance with regulatory acts related to employment, handling disciplinary issues, investigations, domestic inquiries, and documentation such as Warning Letters
Represent the company in any dispute cases in the Industrial Relation Department
Full cycle of recruiting and sourcing, including advertising and sourcing suitable candidates for available vacancies and arranging interviews
Keep abreast of the latest updates on employment law and compliance requirements
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with experience in a related field or a Degree in HR Management or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
Possess knowledge of relevant HR functions
Good problem-solving skills and understanding of the employment act for company interests
Comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Act and current HR practices in Malaysia
Experience and familiarity with the full spectrum of HR
Able to work independently and interact effectively with all parties
Strong administration skills, including good written and oral communication
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications and any Human Resources System
Strong numerical skills
