(B)Marketing Manager

The Marketing Managerwill be responsible for developing and executing short to long-term plans, ensuring growth for brands under the Restaurant Division.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns, including ATL & BTL, to achieve sales and profit objectives through efficient budget use.
Developing and overseeing the implementation of local store marketing to drive footfall to outlets.
Driving good relationships with strategic partners to foster brand growth.
Developing strong relationships with agencies to ensure marketing plans are well executed and ROI is achieved on all media investments.
Driving alignment across all functional stakeholders and within marketing to deliver brand objectives.
Leading and coaching the junior team on marketing skills.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in Food and Beverages or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry is encouraged.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Experienced in digital marketing with strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into recommendations.
Experience in Mar Tech or CRM would be an added advantage.
Demonstrates a team player attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and great presentation abilities with good communication skills.
