Manage administrative tasks for the Body & Paint department.Process and track insurance claims, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and claim status updates.Maintain accurate records of all repair orders, estimates, and invoices.Assist customers with claim-related inquiries and documentation.Track the status of vehicles in the repair process and update customers accordingly.Order and track parts needed for body and paint repairs.Support the Body & Paint team by organizing repair schedules and coordinating with contractors.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on department performance.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
