Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Delivery:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and Science for Upper primary and Secondary levels.
Employ innovative teaching techniques to make complex concepts accessible and exciting for students.
Use a variety of teaching resources and technology to enhance the learning experience.
Student Support:Assess students' understanding through assignments, projects, and tests.
Provide individualized support to students who need extra help.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration.
Curriculum Development:Collaborate with other teachers to align curriculum and teaching strategies.
Stay updated on the latest educational practices and incorporate them into lesson plans.
Communication:Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and challenges.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Classroom Management:Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
Uphold the school's values and code of conduct.
Candidate should be familiar with the Cambridge syllabus and proficient in spoken English.
