Baker/Pastry Chef

Job Responsibility
Preparation And BakingPrepare and bake a variety of bread, cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer preferences.
Experiment with new recipes to create innovative bakery products.
Quality ControlEnsure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all products.
Inventory And SuppliesMonitor stock levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed.
Minimize waste through proper storage and usage of ingredients.
Kitchen HygieneMaintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking areas.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Job RequirementsPreferable Mandarin speaker.
Passionate about baking and dessert creation.
Ability to make a variety of cakes, such as cheesecakes, sponge cakes, Swiss rolls, layered cakes, as well as other patisserie items like tarts, éclairs, and macarons, is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
Positive, responsible, and eager to learn and grow.
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality results.
