Join us in shaping the future of business expansion and digital marketing!**About Our Client**:Our client, Chengwuji Chinese Dance Association, is currently seeking a skilled Dance Instructor to join their team. The association's mission is to study Chinese dance and foster individuals who are committed to preserving the rich traditions of classical dance from the Han and Tang dynasties.**Career Path during the 3-year contract**:Level 1 - Assistant- Assist with various needs in dance classes, such as playing music, correcting students' movements, and other necessary tasks.- Participate in education training timely.- Assist with administration tasks when there are no scheduled classes.Level 2 - Instructor- Teach lessons according to the provided syllabus.- Organize and prepare students for exams, performances, or competitions; provide recommendations, feedbacks, and encouragement for improvement.- Participate in education training timely.- Assist with administration tasks when there are no scheduled classesLevel 3 - Senior Instructor- Teach lessons according to the provided syllabus.- Organize and prepare students for exams, performances, or competitions; provide recommendations, feedbacks, and encouragement for improvement.- Structure and organize the lesson syllabus according to the centre's development.- Participate in education and business training timely.- Assist the coordination centre in organizing different events and activitiesLevel 4 - Head of Instructors- Assist and lecture the instructors and senior instructors when necessary.- Provide guidance and follow up on syllabus development progress and situations.- Conduct training for instructors and senior instructors, observe their performance, and provide appraisal for improvement.- Develop and improve centre events and activities**Job Requirements**:- 5 working days (Wednesday-Sunday).- Fulfilled at least one of the following requirements:- 1. Possesses credentials in early childhood education- 2. Possesses a degree or professional certification in dance (preferably Ballet or Chinese Dance)3.
