Banca Specialist (Penang Region)

Delivers sales target for bancassurance products.
Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
Builds and maintains business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Attends to customers' enquiries on branch products and services and feedback.
Participates and organizes initiatives and drives to promote Life Insurance Products distributed by the Bank.
Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions.
A person who enjoys meeting people and loves engaging in conversations.
Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal goals and aspirations.
Candidate with PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.
