To coach and support the sales staff as well as branch network.Job Responsibilities:Ensure to achieve Sales Target (breakdown by product): Credit Life and Regular PremiumCo-organise and support on branch sales: at min. 4 activities per monthProvide servicing supportConduct training and sales coaching, such as Conduct scheduled Rookie FE(B), Conduct coaching session – 2 sessions per month, Conduct scheduled FE(B) coaching session – 1 session per month, and Conduct monthly engagement & reinforcement with FE(UT)Contribute, assist and back up regional head to Participate in FEs monthly sales review meetingsMinimum Job Requirements:Education – Degree holder in any field and/or non degree holders with strong related working experience.Experience – Preferably 3 years' relevant experience. Added advantage for those working in banking and/or insurance industry.Certifications/Licensing – PCESkills – Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.Communication Requirements - Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English..
