Job Description - Bancassurance Specialist (Southern Region) (2400005E)
This role is primarily focused on providing comprehensive need-based bancassurance advisory according to client's needs.
Client focus and being well-versed with conventional and takaful insurance products in the market are critical for this role.
The successful candidate is accountable for the performance of their portfolio by driving relevant bancassurance sales campaigns, providing product training, and engaging in other related activities.
Delivering service excellence is expected, as well as upholding OCBC values.
Understanding and adhering to the sales governance and compliance requirements are critical in maintaining the level of integrity required by OCBC.
QualificationsJob Requirements
Minimally a degree in any field, preferably in relevant industries.
PCE and CEILLI qualifications are required.
At least 3 years of working experience in relevant insurance sales.
Strong commitment to driving sales targets.
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all parties.
