It is specially designed to provide you with a strategic platform to jump-start your career in the Shariah-Compliance banking industry.Over the course of 24 months on-the-job training, you will undergo a structured development plan - comprising of job rotations across key business and functional units, mentoring from senior management leaders and accelerated career development focusing on Shariah-Compliant, Leadership and Innovation. There will also be exposures to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) assignments.Simultaneously, during this two-year management trainee programme, Bank Rakyat will sponsor you to undertake a professional certification course and examination conducted by the Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF) - passing of which, is a prerequisite for your assured and continuous employment with the Bank.- Job RequirementPre-Requisite:- Malaysian- Possess Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree and/or ACCA or equivalent from a reputable university / institution.- Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above- Not more than 28 years old on 1 January 2024.- Possess not more than 2 years of working experience.- Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.- Enthusiastic to learn new things and ready to embrace challenges.Minimum Year of Working Experience- 1 YearMinimum Qualification- Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Grade- Grade AField Of Study- Finance/Accountancy/Banking
