Job DescriptionBANKING & CONVEYANCING LAWYERResponsibilities:
Able to handle general conveyancing and advisory works in real estate matters - including projects and sub-sale matters.
Able to handle banking and security arrangements, consumer and commercial loans - for both Islamic & Conventional.
To handle perfection, discharges, leases & tenancies.
To draft, review and vet legal documentations for both banking & conveyancing matters.
Qualifications:
Working experience in the relevant field.
Familiar with all procedures related to conveyancing, banking and Government agencies (e.g.
LPPSA or LPHS).
Hardworking, responsible and committed with a sense of accountability.
Able to work efficiently and independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication, drafting & research skills.
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply.
BANKING & CONVEYANCING CLERKResponsibilities:
To handle conveyancing matters (Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation), Sub-sales, Perfection of Transfer and Charge from initial stage until completion with minimum supervision.
To liaise with clients (including Banks) and Government Authorities.
To assist lawyers to prepare correspondences and status reports.
Qualifications:
1 – 2 years working experience in Legal Firm.
Independent, hardworking and reliable.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.#J-18808-Ljbffr
