Banking Customer Service Executive (Permanent | Nearby MRT | Shift | Fresh Grad)Handle SG & MY customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking products via phone call and email.
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining the database.
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken English and able to read & write in English.
SPM holder with 5 years full-time working experience, Diploma holder with 2 years full-time working experience, Fresh Degree holders are welcome.
Additional Info:
Earliest shift starts at 6am, latest shift ends by 3am.
9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break). Rest 2 days (Off day may be split).
8.5 hours shift – Work 5.5 days (Mon-Fri 8.5 hours; Sat 5 hours).
Location: Walking Distance from Ampang Park station.
1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm)Mandatory attendance.
PERMANENT - Basic is up to RM4,000 | RM3,200 (Fresh Degree Holder)
