Immediately interview arrangement.- Basic Salary up to 3.8K + Various Allowances + Good Benefit.- Walking Distance from main LRT- Contact Centre Environment (24x7) with training provided- 5 Working days per weekFRESH GRADUATE (WITH COMPLETION LETTER/ FINAL TRANSCRIPT) & EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES WITH SHORT NOTICE (LESS THAN 1 WEEK) ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!!!**Responsibilities**:- Answering calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.- Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.- To comply with Bank's policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers' assets are maintained.- Strive to achieve key performance indicators.**Requirements**:- Ability to work under pressure and independently.- Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend- Strong command of spoken and written English.
