Job Responsibilities :
Actively promote and sell a diverse range of Bancassurance life insurance products to existing and potential bank customers.
Provide tailored advice on financial products that align with individual customer needs, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
Strategically plan and execute sales activities related to Bancassurance products to maximize outreach and engagement.
Continuously enhance knowledge of Bancassurance products available in the market to provide informed recommendations and stay competitive.
Proactively manage and build long-term customer relationships.
Meet individual sales targets and actively contribute to the overall sales goals of the branch.
Job Requirements:
PreferablyDiplomaorDegree .
At least 2 years of experience in sales in selling Banca.
Candidates with any sales experience in the financial/banking industry are welcome to apply.
Possess PCE, CEILI, or TBE.
