Bar Captain

Job Responsibility Oversee daily operations and coordinate staff schedules. Lead and motivate the team to ensure outstanding customer service. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Train and mentor new employees. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Job Requirements Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Experience as barista, skills in coffee preparation and efficient café operation.
