**Barback****Responsibilities**:**Assist Bartenders**: Work closely with bartenders to ensure timely and accurate service.**Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep bar area clean and organized at all times.**Stocking and Inventory**: Monitor and restock all bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, ice, and condiments.**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by promptly fulfilling drink orders.**Assist with Opening and Closing**: Help with opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down the bar.**Compliance with Regulations**: Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations.**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other bar staff and support team members.**Requirements**:- Knowledge of basic bar operations and drink preparation.- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is a must.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.**Supplemental pay types**:- Meal Allowance- Split Shift Allowance- Overtime Pay**Benefits**- Medical Claim- Health Insurances- 10 Days Annual Leave- Opportunity for growth within the company.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal allowance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Holidays- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Tips**Location**:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)
