Key Responsibilities:1. Exceptional Coffee Preparation: Craft and serve a wide variety of coffee-based beverages, including espresso shots, lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, and more, adhering to our quality standards and recipes.2. Customer Service: Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they leave with a positive and memorable experience.3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our coffee menu, brewing techniques, and additional offerings (pastries, snacks, etc.) to confidently answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.4. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the coffee shop, service area, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-organized, following health and safety regulations.5.
