Barista

Deliver excellent customer service to all customers (including operating cashier and dealing with customer questions and complaints)

Learning about coffee brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.

Maintain cleanliness of outlet and workstations, and upkeep of fixtures and equipment

Fulfil any other duties assigned by supervisor

Creating positive vibes among the team and with customers


Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM

Must be willing to work on shifts, weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Must be punctual and have a pleasant personality with service orientated attitude

Possess good verbal communication skills

A team player and willing to work the extra mile to achieve outlet targets
