About the role
Wonderful Lifestyle Sdn Bhd is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in our vibrant café environment. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the art of coffee making and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty coffees
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all patrons
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols
Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role within the retail or food and beverage industry
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Enthusiasm for the coffee culture and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
