What you do daily: Make aromatic coffee and delicious toast; Process customer orders accurately, with a keen attention to details like dairy and sugar ratios, and specific requests for other beverages to ensure complete customer satisfaction; Prepare food and beverage as per established recipes and quality standards;Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized;Handling the cashier and take walk-in/ online orders;Relay customer feedback to senior staff and provide input on new menu items;Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any issues;Perform basic inventory check and restock needed supplies;Maintaining adherence to health and safety regulations;Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader. 
 We looking for someone who: Team player;Friendly and Presentable;Maintain good attendance and punctuality;Respond promptly to guests' inquiries, complaints or requests;Willing to work on rotational shifts including early shift, closing shift, weekends / public holidays;Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia;Basic skills in preparing food and beverage;Experienced is preferred, but school leavers / fresh graduates / internships are encouraged to apply as - We provide all the training you need!Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
