Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism)
Receive payment by cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallet, etc.
Ability to operate POS systems, credit card terminals, price scanners, and related devices.
Balancing cash registers and generating sales reports.
Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter.
Assist with customer service.
Take orders and serve food and beverages.
Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene and order of dining areas.
Follow all SOPs set by the outlet management.
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils, and equipment.
Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Requirements:
Results-driven with a passion for the customer service industry.
Honest with strong integrity.
Work experience would be an advantage.
Passionate about F&B.
Ability to communicate in English.
Basic Barista Skills.
Great Team Player.
