Bartender (3 Headcounts Needed)

Position: Bartender (3Headcounts) Duties& Responsibilities: • Provide vivid andengaging descriptions of beverage menu items, including theirorigin, taste, and preparation methods. • Maintain knowledge of food andbeverage items available in the lounge and communicate ordersto the bartender using the restaurant & bar'spoint-of-sales system. • Ensure orders are accurate andtimely, delivering them to guests promptly. • Anticipate guestneeds, ensure satisfaction, and offer suggestions. Respond quicklyto guest concerns and requests. • Process payments accurately,including cash, credit card transactions, and settling voided or complimentary items. • Set up and break down tables anddrink stations while maintaining cleanliness. • Work harmoniously with co-workersand supervisors to provide exceptional service. • Maintain service standards and carefor the physical assets of the outlet. • Arrive punctuallyand check schedules regularly. • Ensure that allservice and items meet restaurant & barl standards andprocedures. • Monitor and manage service forpotentially intoxicated guests in a discreet manner, ensuring guest safety. • Follow hygiene and food safetyprotocols in accordance with restaurant & bar standards. • Be aware of and follow fire, lifesafety, and emergency procedures. • Assist with barinventory, restock supplies, and ensure the bar is fully prepared. • Help with guest seating and keepoperational areas clean and organized. Qualifications: • Minimum SPM orSTPM or equivalent experience. • Diploma inF&B or restaurant & bar Management preferred. • At least 3 years of experience inbartending or a related food & beveragerole.
