About the roleSunrich Leisure SDN BHD, a leading hospitality company in Penang Island, Penang, is seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join their dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experiences by delivering high-quality beverages and exceptional service in a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Prepare a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages using a wide range of ingredients and techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new drink recipes and menu items.
Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and cost control.
Work collaboratively with the food and service teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bartending techniques.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in cash handling and inventory management.
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
