Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards 
- Offering Casino guests premium F&B experience 
- Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, tidiness and adhere to work place safety practice
 
Job Requirements:
- F&B related certificate is an added advantage 
- 1 year at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant 
- Frontline customer service experience in airlines, retail, concierge is an added advantage 
- Basic F&B product and service knowledge 
- Advance customer service skills 
- Able to communicate with Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & Fluent in English 
- Team player 
- Willing to relocate to Macau. (Flight ticket provided by Company)
