(Based In Macau ??) Luxury Hotel - Premium Customer Service Ambassador

Job Responsibilities:
• Establish a warm rapport with guests, maintain a pleasant smile and positive, enthusiastic attitude and high sensitivity at all time 
• Proactively promote and usher guests to all hotel facilities, restaurant, retail outlets and entertainment venues 
• Proactively introduce property's Promotion and event to guests 
• Handle expenses postings, transportation and entertainment bookings 
• Luggage handling and hotel Lost & Found follow up
Job Requirements:
• A Diploma/Degree in Hospitality is an advantage. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with people of different genders, ages, and cultural backgrounds. 
• Excellent guest service and relationship-building skills. 
• Willingness to work shifts. 
• Open to relocation to Macau.
