Job ResponsibilityAiding customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media regarding inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, or account management.Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively. This may involve investigating problems, liaising with relevant departments, and finding satisfactory resolutions for customers.Ensuring the quality of service by monitoring customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to management.Recording customer interactions, feedback, and any relevant information accurately in the company's database.Going above and beyond to meet customer needs, exceed expectations, and foster positive relationships with customers.Job RequirementsApplicants must possess a minimum of SPM level qualifications and above.Candidates must possess great proficiency in BM and English (Read, Speak, Type)Candidates must be willing to commit to 6 days per week with 1 rotational off day.Candidates must have no issue to work on 24-hour rotational shifts (9 hours per shift with 1 hour break time)Candidates must be able to start working by May 2024 (Training provided with Basic Salary)Once shortlisted, candidates must be open to be based in JB.Job BenifitsMonthly Salary: RM 1900 – RM 2100 (Basic) + Up to RM 300 Night Shift + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour) + Up to RM 400 KPIEPF and SOCSO12 days AL + 14 days MLEmployees are provided with 1 monthâs paid training.Employees are provided with FREE Shuttle Service.
