Job Description SummaryThe incumbent is responsible to demonstrate leadership in cultivating CI mindset and culture, planning and facilitating kaizen and CI programs, provide appropriate / intermediate lean training, promote and ensure smooth deployment of BD Excellence and support plant Ci and CTWJob DescriptionExecute programs to equip associates with the necessary CI skills, knowledge and experience in improving the performance of Value Stream in the area of plant safety, quality, cost, time and team developmentStrong facilitation skillsstrong training skills - to provide Intermediate Lean trainingStrong planning and execution of Kaizen and CI programsWork with stakeholders to coordinate and execute significant process improvement projectsManage plant CI Program - establishment training matrix, plan, execution, and evaluationEstablish and provide strong CI support in executing kaizen and projects to effectively support Value Stream goals and needsResponsible for stakeholder engagement and communication/change management of process development workResponsible to manage kaizen projects of his/her own and execute qualifications, if necessaryCompile, govern and distribute CI reports on resources capability. Coordinate BD Excellence deployment and implementation. Ensure open and complete communication with internal customers.
