Description Primary Objective: Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.Key Responsibilities: Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.Conduct all mandatory checks & only referred bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.Service all existing customers parked at the branch.Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.Newly Non Performing Loan ("NPL") within approved budget.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines..
