DescriptionPrimary Objective:Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.Key Responsibilities:Grow market share of Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME) in the vicinity.Market all type of loans focusing on SME - Program Lending Management (PLM) loans (conventional & Islamic) & Asset Based Financing (ABF).Grow deposits from both borrowing & non-borrowing customers.Conduct all mandatory checks & only referred bankable deals to Account Relationship Manager for processing.Refer all non-PLM middle market cases to Commercial Banking Centre.Prepare, vet & sign Letter of Offer.Deliver of Offer and upon acceptance to send instruction to Credit Operation Department for documentation.Follow up documentation & disbursement of loan (conventional & Islamic) & ABF.Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.Service all existing customers parked at the branch.Cross sell all Bank/Group products & services.Newly Non Performing Loan ('NPL') within approved budget.RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines..Minimum 2 years of working experience in credit with exposure to SME/ commercial sales/ corporate banking.Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills.Target oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment as well as in a team.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
