Provide professional beauty care and product advice to customers.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional touch.
Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow-up.
Provide in-depth explanations to clients regarding treatments/procedures with the objective of closing sales.
Advise clients on necessary aftercare.
Respond to customer calls/messages as soon as possible.

Pertaining to Clinic
Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of the clinic.
Assist in frontline duties (i.e., registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing, etc.)
when required.
Assist doctors with procedures when required.
Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues.
Assist the branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports.
Ensure daily tasks are completed (e.g., daily dispensary, treatment notes, patient file updates, follow-ups).
Demonstrate reliability in completing tasks and following branch manager's instructions.
Share and discuss ideas with colleagues or the branch manager to achieve better results.
