Job DescriptionConduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and skin concerns.
Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products based on individual needs and budget.
Educate clients on various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and their benefits.
Provide comprehensive pre and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client intake procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized consultation area.

Job RequirementsMinimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or a related role in the aesthetics industry (a plus)
Strong knowledge of skincare science, ingredients, and product benefits.
Familiarity with non-surgical aesthetic treatments (dermal fillers, fat grafting, thread lifts, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns effectively.
Strong sales and consultative skills to recommend products and services confidently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
