Job ResponsibilitiesBe the brand ambassador and provide personalized consultation and service to guests through sharing product knowledge and skincare expertise
Host, welcome, and provide hospitality to guests
Provide personalized consultation and recommend skincare products and service rituals to guests based on their skin needs
Achieve personal sales and outlet targets
Maintain excellent after-sales relationship with all guests
Perform inventory replenishment and basic housekeeping to ensure outlet is clean and tidy
Operate POS cashier register and handle various modes of payments
Perform any other duties as assigned
Job RequirementsFluent in communication, well-groomed, and confident
Self-driven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, where experience in beauty sales is preferred
Fresh graduates with a degree in beauty, cosmetology, fashion, or related fields are encouraged to apply
Passionate about the beauty industry and current trends
On-the-job training and skincare training will be provided
Able to perform retail operational hours
