What we want you to do:
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the shop
Be dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
Adhere to established standard operating procedures in terms of handling cash and assets
Engage in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience
Create connections and build rapport with customers to maintain long-term relationships
Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Assist with the monthly stock check and maintain accurate stock records
Knowledge & Skills:
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be a team player
Have a pleasant disposition & be well-groomed
Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers
Achieve retail sales targets
Manage customer relationships and maintain/create new customer profiles
Ensure inventory management for individual counters
Provide excellent customer service (e.g. product knowledge)
Education & Experiences:
Minimum secondary educational level
Strong background and skills in makeup
Experience with skin care and fragrance products is an advantage
Excellent customer service and sales-oriented
