  What we want you to do: Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the shop Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets Adhering to established standard operating procedures in terms of the handling of cash and assets Engaging in innovation and productivity initiatives for the stores to drive seamless customer experience Creating connections and building rapport with customer to maintain long-term relationships Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability Assisting with the monthly stock check and to maintain accurate stock records   Knowledge & Skills: Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team player Pleasant disposition & well-groomed Effective communication skills in English and preferably Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers Retail sales target achievement Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profile Ensure inventory management for individual counter Ensure excellent customer service is given to the customer (e.g.
product knowledge)   Education & Experiences: Minimum secondary educational level Strong background and skills in makeup Experience with skin care and fragrance products is an advantage Excellent customer service and sales oriented Willing to commit to retail operational hours
