Job Responsibility Sales:Aggressively execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly sales targets.Able to demonstrate and recommend products based on customer needsCross-selling beauty products when appropriate by recommending other products that would work well together. Customer Service:Provide excellent brand experience through consultation and recommendationAttract new customers and retain existing customers through unparalleled customer service and follow-up.Provide additional customer services like consultation or product recommendations to our online customers through Omni service initiatives.
