Beauty Advisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
-Meet sales targets for personal and store
-Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
-Engage and serve customers well
-Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.
-Provide service and beauty advice to create positive customer experience.
-Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
-Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
-Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
-Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree holder
-Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
-Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service, sales driven.
